Products and pricing All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but colours and details may vary slightly due to photography and display settings. Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Order acceptance Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity — in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment We accept payments via the gateways listed at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods as available), as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Prepaid orders (UPI/card/net banking): use code PREPAID5 at checkout for 5% off your order.
  • COD orders: a flat COD handling fee of ₹50 applies, shown on your cart before you proceed to checkout.
  • Order verification: all orders, prepaid and COD, are verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number before dispatch, to prevent fraudulent or fake orders.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except for Cash on Delivery orders where offered.

Intellectual property All content on this store — including logos, product images, descriptions, and design — is the property of Dhar's Enterprise and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability Dhar's Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
