Refund policy
Return window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.
Unboxing video required For any damage, defect, or "wrong item received" claim, an unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed package being opened) is mandatory as proof. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed. This helps us keep our prices fair by minimising fraudulent claims.
Reporting window for damage/defects Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging. Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for free replacement, though the standard 7-day return process may still apply.
Condition for all returns Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components are not eligible for return.
Who bears return shipping
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped by us: we bear the return shipping cost and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Change-of-mind returns (eligible, undamaged items within 7 days): return shipping is borne by the customer.
Restocking fee Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Personal care and wellness products
- Items marked "final sale" at time of purchase
How to initiate a return Email arnab@dharsenterprise.com with your order number, reason for return, and required photos/video. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. Non-defective approved returns may be issued as store credit instead of a cash refund, at our discretion.
Exchanges We currently offer exchanges only for size/colour variants of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us to check availability before initiating an exchange.
